• Child support - Under New York law, child support is determined by a formula based on incomes. Upward and downward modifications can be made based on certain conditions, such as custody arrangements and a change in income or expenses.
• Spousal maintenance - Also known as alimony, spousal maintenance is established following a review of each party's income and expenses after the divorce.

Real estate

• Residential real estate - We represent clients buying and selling houses, condominiums and co-ops. We can assist you with all aspects of the real estate process through the final closing.
• Bank closings - We are on the approved closing list for over 20 lenders. In addition to representing purchasers and sellers, we act as settlement agents and closing attorneys for lenders in real estate transactions throughout the metropolitan area.

Personal injury

• Motor vehicle accidents - In each car accident case we handle, we conduct a complete investigation, consult experts as needed and build the strongest case possible for recovery of damages.
